Beer collab & launch - Summer of '76

"Summer of '76" is a celebration of beginnings. A.M.O. Brewery brewed this beer in collaboration with Delphi Cheesesteaks to commemorate their relationship, begun at Delphi's inception in Lisbon. It is named to honour two distinct milestones: the summer of 1776, when the United States declared its independence in Philadelphia, and the summer of 1976, the year Delphi's founder was born.

The beer is a citric-forward, 4.5% ABV hazy IPA you can drink all day. The fresh juice and zest of Portuguese oranges and lemons blend beautifully with American Cascade and Citra hops, used in abundance to create this bright, refreshing session IPA.

The image depicts Philadelphia City Hall, one of the most iconic buildings in the city. At its summit stands a large statue of the city's founder, William Penn. This building was once the tallest in Philadelphia and remains defining feature of the city's skyline.

Enjoy it this Sunday from noon to 9pm at Delphi Cheesesteak's Cais do Sodre (Crack Kids) location. After this launch, find it at both Delphi restaurants and at A.M.O. Brewery. Cheers!
